游錫堃：只有淡江同學 能決定誰是會長

民進黨新北市長參選人游錫堃下午出席中常會時，就中國學生蔡博藝參選下屆淡江大學學生會會長一事表示，只有淡江的同學們能決定誰是他們的會長；但民主，卻是我們共同的珍貴果實。
