雖然今年下半年新一代iPhone上市時間仍難以確定、外界預期大約在9月中下旬；許多歐美消費者「鐵了心」就是想等傳聞中會放大螢幕尺寸的新款iPhone上市，因此整體Android陣營旗艦手機的銷售「時間長度」並不如預期，其中，宏達電（2498）在4~6月份M8的旺季拉貨潮告一段落之後，7月營收月減5成。

宏達電在4日公布7月營收106億元，較上（6）月的219億元下滑5成。主要是高階手機銷售暫告一段落，新興市場中階機種銷售挹注有限；同時，接下來電信成熟市場的高階新機亦尚未開始發售，因此7月營收回落到百億元水準。

同時，宏達電上周法人說明會預估本季營收目標是420~470億元之間；7月營收僅106億元，達成率為22~25%，不過，據悉8月份會有新機上市效應，該月營收可望明顯回升。

宏達電累計今年1~7月營收達1,088億元、年減15.8%。
