【時報-台北電】1111人力銀行昨（21）發布最新「就業市場調薪現況調查」報告指出，今年全年無計畫調薪的企業高達4成5，相較於去年的3成6，高出9個百分點，主因是「公司無固定調薪制度」和「景氣未明不敢大幅調薪」。

對此，1111人力銀行公關總監李大華指出，多數有獲利且有意為員工調薪的企業，已在去年進行較大規模的調薪，短時間內再次調升的空間有限，今年僅能針對升遷或表現優異的員工進行「差異化調薪」。

李大華分析，在各別產業方面，由於歐美市場回溫，國內出口大幅成長，製造業及貿易流通業因而受惠，使「貿易／流通」和「傳產／製造」成為調薪狀況較好的產業，而各縣市政府帶動調薪，也使「教育／政府／團體」成為3大調薪高的產業之一。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者劉馥瑜／台北報導)
