(中央社記者田裕斌台北2014年7月7日電)為擴大資本市場規模及提升國際能見度，台灣證券交易所 6月下旬參與台北市政府赴美國矽谷招商行程，推動海外優質企業來台上市。

證交所表示，此行吸引舊金山灣區近40家科技事業與創投基金參與，並拜訪了多家創投基金與包括生技醫療事業、雲端資料庫、LED(發光二極體)照明設備公司產業在內的科技公司，與這些矽谷菁英交流，積極推動這些科技事業或創投基金旗下企業來台上市。

證交所副總經理簡立忠表示，台灣有豐富且多樣的科技產業、上下游供應鏈完整，尤其科技業上市公司占整體市值高達一半以上，包括F-晨星在內的38家已上市外國公司中，電子類股與生技醫療的科技類股家數17家，市值比重占F股47%，這樣的成果，符合政府建置台灣成為高科技創新產業籌資平台的政策目標。

況且，F公司上市後表現亮麗，以近期市價粗估，整體F股市值逾其上市前淨值4倍多，明顯高於整體大盤的1.7倍，顯見台灣投資人對其青睞程度以及上市對企業成長的重要性。
