不受先前F股爭議的影響影響，金管會已函洽陸委會等相關單位，鬆綁外國企業來台掛牌限制，原先陸資持股逾30%須專案申請的規定，將放寬到陸資持股不逾50%就可來台上市，且不必專案申請，但台商須有控制力，最快8月上路。

在金管會大幅放寬外企來台掛牌的陸資上限比率後，將有助舒緩F股轉往他地掛牌的壓力。據了解，60家輔導中的案件，有部分可望因此留下來在台掛牌。

另外，這項開放措施，將可吸引更多的海外台商企業或外國企業來台上市，例如一些香港企業或陸資參與投資的台資企業等。～經濟日報2014年 7月 7日頭版頭條
