港金管局護盤 捍衛聯繫匯率

（中央社台北2014年7月2日電）彭博報導，香港金管局今天進場捍衛香港聯繫匯率，阻止港元兌美元節節走升，此舉是2012年12月以來首見。

香港金管局透露，在過去1天內以1美元兌7.75港元的價格買入21億美元。7.75港元是7.75-7.85港元兌換區間的強方兌換保證價位。

金管局昨天在新聞稿中表示，最近港元需求有所增加，部分反映企業的商業活動所需，包括以港元進行併購與派息。

香港實行港元聯繫匯制近31年之久，目前則面臨壓力，因跡象顯示美國與中國大陸經濟回神，帶動對香港上市股票需求。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
