北市囤屋族 房屋稅將多1倍

台北市今天公布未來非自住房屋的差別徵收率，凡持有台北市非自住房屋在2戶以下者，每戶適用的徵收率均為2.4%，持有3戶以上者每戶徵收率均為3.6%，囤屋族的房屋稅將較自住房屋提高1倍至2倍。

北市府修正北市「房屋稅徵收自治條例」，上午在市政會議通過，將送台北市議會審議，若通過將溯自103年7月1日起實施，104年5月開徵的房屋稅，囤屋族的房屋稅會提高；北市府強調，一般屬於自住房屋部分，並不受影響，副市長張金鶚下午將做進一步說明。
