遏止陸客零團費 觀光局將限縮購物點

大陸國台辦主任張志軍表示陸客零團費問題嚴重，觀光局指出，大陸出境旅遊普遍存在組團或接團社以零團費甚至負團費、人頭費、購物一條龍等操作手法，為了維持市場秩序，將透過推動優質行程及提升旅遊品質改善市場情況。

觀光局表示，將從限縮購物點著手，要求一般團及優質團再減少一站高單價購物點，讓旅遊團無法以購物佣金彌補團費，且必須調漲團費。

觀光局也持續進行稽查，若有陸客團違反規定擅加購物行程、購物商店停留時間，或有強迫旅客進入或留置購物商店等，將停止大陸觀光團業務一個月至一年。
