立法院今天行使監察院院長、副院長及監察委員同意權全院委員會公聽會。在國民黨立院黨團內負責召集審查的立委廖正井在發言時表示，在這次監委的提名名單中，有人在總統府提名審薦小組0票，最後送到立院居然有他的名字，有被推薦人在審薦小組獲全票支持，送出來的名單卻反而沒有他的名字。
