這幾天~
家裡一直收到陌生電話~操大陸口音有男有女
說我遠傳的電話費900多元未繳~還找我太太找我老媽
還揚言要走法律途徑解決
並留下連絡電話~
我們當下直覺這是詐騙電話!!(現在我們全家都用中華電信)
昨天又接到來電
我下班後就打遠傳客服求證
克服回應~在之前我父親遠傳移轉中華電信時
因為移轉的關係有一筆費用未繳
我們並不曉得
而且我們並未收到帳單或者是客服來電告知
我當下驚覺~遠傳怎可以將客戶資料移轉給財務公司
我立即向主管表達不滿~
遠傳主管向我解釋這是他們的內部流程
並向我表達這是公司作法
我的天~
我們的個資輕易的交給財務公司飽受騷擾~
可以這樣嗎
我對此作法及服務態度喪失信心了
