Nuance想賣 傳三星有興趣

（中央社台北2014年6月17日電）彭博報導，語音辯識軟體製造商Nuance Communications Inc.周一股價大漲，漲幅寫下逾5年來之最，因報載該公司欲求售，並與潛在買家展開洽談。

華爾街日報（WSJ）引述未具名消息人士的話指出，Nuance (NUAN) 有意求售，近來一直與三星電子（Samsung Electronics Co. KR-005930）與私募股權公司進行洽談。

Nuance周一股價狂飆9.7%，收18.76美元，寫下2009年1月來單日最大漲幅。億萬富豪投資人艾康（Carl Icahn）是Nuance的大股東。

Nuance發言人麥克（Richard Mack）謝絕對報導置評。南韓三星的代表也未立即回應記者置評要求。

Nuance市值近60億美元，一直面臨激進派股東艾康的威逼壓力，艾康於去年4月入股Nuance，並不斷加碼持股。

據彭博彙整的資料，在截至3月底止，隸屬艾康旗下的基金合計控有Nuance 19%持股。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
