三菱提議收購阿爾斯通一成股權

日經新聞報導，三菱重工正提議收購法國重型電機大廠阿爾斯通（Alstom）的10%股權，希望讓三菱與德國西門子聯手競標阿爾斯通部分能源事業的條件看起來更吸引人。

三菱重工試圖說服法國政府捨棄美國奇異公司（GE）的收購提議，而選擇由德、日企業聯手收購阿爾斯通資產的提案。

三菱重工與西門子據報導提出以100億美元收購阿爾斯通的天然氣與蒸汽渦輪事業，奇異則提議以170億美元收購阿爾斯通業務範圍更廣的能源部門。

消息人士12日曾透露，三菱打算收購阿爾斯通的少數股權，以向法國政府保證該公司希望與阿爾斯通打造更廣泛產業聯盟的意圖。

日經報導，三菱計劃透過資本挹注讓與西門子的聯合競購提案更具甜頭而被採納。
