金正恩 要求軍隊備妥「閃電戰」

朝中社十四日報導，北韓最高領導人金正恩近日視察了人民軍第八六三部隊，要求部隊指揮官、參謀部要為完善作戰準備付出全部智慧和熱情，即便戰爭立刻爆發，也可以進行閃電作戰。

朝中社的報導並未說明金正恩視察的日期。金正恩在部隊聽取了彙報並審查了作戰計劃。他指示要根據敵方不斷變化的侵略戰爭企圖、戰鬥方法和武器裝備特點，完善並靈活運用海上戰法，提高人民軍東西艦隊海上攻擊作戰能力。據報導，金正恩還詢問了部隊後勤保養情況，要求根據部隊特點改善軍人生活。人民軍總政治局長黃炳誓陪同視察。
