（中央社記者唐佩君台北2014年6月14日電）有民眾用鉛筆劃記投注彩券，結果疑似跳號，台彩公司強調系統無問題，有要求經銷商一定要依規定提供原子筆供民眾投注劃記。

一位馬先生透過友人向中央社投訴，近日買威力彩時，自選2注號碼全部跳號，由於他是用鉛筆塗格，是否因此電腦感應有誤，造成選3號竟出來4號，記者詢問原購買的彩券行說，確實台彩規定要提供原子筆畫記，但很多彩券行還是提供鉛筆，也都過得了電腦感應。

台彩總經理黃志宜受訪時強調，電腦系統都是經認證有公信力，不會發生跳號狀況，也絕不可能造假。

至於是否用鉛筆劃記會造成電腦感應有誤？黃志宜說基本上應該不會，過去也曾使用鉛筆都沒有問題。

不過，黃志宜說，雖然用鉛筆劃記，電腦也可以感應，但使用原子筆的辨視度一定會更好，因此有請經銷商一定要依教育訓練，提供原子筆，讓顧客劃記。

事實上在投注單下方也有註明，填選時務必要使用黑色或藍色原子筆將方格塗滿。看來為避免跟財神爺「擦身而過」，消費者請記住下次投注選號，一定要用原子筆劃記。
