中國嗣漢張天師府千挑萬選，在彰化市成立教育總部，今天舉辦「祖天師聖誕開光安座禮斗法會」，第六十五代掌教天師張意將為全新三眼法相、六尺二金身（高188公分、寬93公分）祖天師神像舉行從不外傳的道教正統開光點眼儀式，又舉行「掌天下道教事」匾額的揭匾儀式，地方政要雲集，典禮莊嚴。
