各位大大好目前我在一家公司上班而現在叔叔那邊幾個職缺請各位幫我比較看看,到底該選擇哪邊... 目前工作 A 另一個 B 薪水 1500/日薪 26000/月薪路途差不多遠勞健保有有特休無有休假週休週休(每月第三個禮拜六正常班) (工作多假日會加班,但很少) 我目前的工作是保溫工程薪水也是從1200慢慢升上來的而這份工作,我們老闆是跟中碳簽約的也就是在裡面的外包商我們老闆也簽了好幾20年了,所以簽約還算滿穩.應該跟上面大科的關係還不錯但誰知道未來會怎樣呢? 而 B 工作是造遊艇的, 那邊有很多組,我要應徵的是木工的而這邊就是月薪制,一切按照勞基法該有的都有而加薪方面初入26K 滿三個月後會調一次應該是+1000吧之後就是每年考核,但加薪幅度也不算大現在我比較的是未來性目前工作我一個月有做20天就30K了 22D-33K 一切就看大小月,當月做幾天但真的就是做幾天算幾天而B工作跟目前比較錢是比較少但福利制度相比之下好多了本身有40萬學貸每月還要幫家裡繳車貸(爸兄我各3分之一) 有請各位大大指點... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.174.199.41 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1402283461.A.10F.html
