日漏報640公斤鈽 足以製80核彈

（中央社東京8日綜合外電報導）共同社報導，日本受福島核電廠事故影響，有640公斤核燃料鈽投入反應爐卻未使用，但未向國際原子能總署匯報。這些鈽足以製造80枚核彈，引起國際社會關注。

各國每年須向國際原子能總署（IAEA）提出鈽持有量報告，日本的漏報行為難免招致質疑，國際社會對持有大量核燃料的日本投以嚴厲目光。

雖然日本政府表示並非故意少報，但確實未對可轉用於製造武器的鈽如實匯報，國內外專家紛紛批評日本政府認識不足。

日本此前對外宣稱的鈽持有總量約為44噸，但實際上則有約45噸。

此次漏報的是九州電力公司玄海核電站三號機組（位於佐賀縣）內的混合氧化物（MOX）燃料所含的640公斤鈽。這些燃料2011年3月投入反應爐，卻因福島核電廠事故後反應爐無法重啟而遭到長期擱置。

兩年後的2013年3月，有關方面才將未使用的燃料從反應爐中取出。1030608
