【時報-台北電】香港《明報》網站引據日本新聞網指出，日本內閣官房長官菅義偉今早表示，日本政府已經通過外交途徑，向北韓提供了一份特定失蹤者名單。他還表示，安倍晉三首相將視調查進展，不排除在適當的時機訪問北韓。日本與北韓兩國已在上月達成協議，將重啟對被綁架日本人的調查。根據這份協議，日本政府通過外交途徑向北韓政府提供失蹤者的名單。菅義偉沒有透露這份名單的具體人名和數字。但是日本政府認為，這些失蹤者很可能都遭到北韓綁架。

菅義偉在電視節目中指出，日本政府將根據達成的協議，希望北韓盡快成立特別調查委員會，在委員會成立後，日本政府將派遣調查人員前往北韓常駐。
