中華電信今日（29）宣布4G開台，高速上網時代正式來臨，HTC也同一時間宣布旗下4G 機種開放無線軟體更新，消費者務必先將自己的手機升級才能享受4G。

HTC今日宣布旗下4G LTE系列手機，即日起可透過無線軟體更新，升級到支援4G LTE高速行動網路服務，消費者將陸續收到更新通知。

也就是說，目前已購入HTC 4G手機的用戶，是不能馬上支援4G的，還得先將自己的手機透過無線軟體更新才行。

HTC目前支援4G LTE的機種如下：

HTC One旗艦系列 Ÿ   HTC One (M8) Ÿ   HTC One (M7) 4G LTE Ÿ   HTC One max

HTC Butterfly旗艦系列 Ÿ   HTC Butterfly s 4G LTE

HTC Desire旗艦系列 Ÿ   HTC Desire 816 Ÿ   HTC Desire 610

預期日後HTC新推出的手機，應該都可直接支援4G，不需再經過軟體更新這個步驟。
