投信：人民幣貶勢達波段滿足

（中央社記者許湘欣台北2014年6月2日電）人民幣今年2月以來逆轉升值趨勢轉而走貶，市場出現多空分歧看法。投信業者表示，人民幣貶勢無論時間及空間都達波段性滿足，已創造長期布局甜蜜點。

元大寶來人民幣貨幣市場基金擬任經理人林邦傑表示，人民幣長線趨勢走升的格局，今年罕見出現慣性被打破的波段性回檔修正。

人民幣此波調整屬於政府刻意打壓的政策性考量，並非升值趨勢出現結構性改變，經過近期大幅調整後，預期再度大貶機率較低。

理由是人行政策目標達成，債務違約擔憂過度、經濟數據穩中透堅，境內資金利率維持較高水平，美國施壓；因此，他預料，人民幣波段性貶值趨勢即將改變，未來可望將回歸長線升值之路。

他進一步分析，2012年4月人行將人民幣中間價浮動區間自0.5%放寬至1%，當時也引發人民幣出現中繼回檔走勢，但即期價貶至中間價跌停價位之後，趨勢再度反轉走升。

當時貶值幅度1.37%、約莫歷時3個月，林邦傑表示，目前人民幣貶勢時間及空間已達波段滿足點。
