天降枯枝正破車窗　「怎麼那麼衰」

5/31南投市彰南路二段枯樹斷裂砸車

住彰化的江先生，昨天下午開車載妻子及1歲女兒到中興新村遊玩，傍晚5時許返家途經南投市彰南路二段，一截枯樹枝突然掉落，砸中車頂及擋風玻璃，造成車頂凹陷、擋風玻璃碎裂，江先生和妻子當場嚇呆，接著先報案再開車回家。

警方告知路樹歸南投市公所管理，江先生撥打市公所電話但一直無人接聽，令江先生非常不滿。

江先生今天將影片po上YouTube，許多網友驚呼可怕，但也有人揶揄江先生：「可以去買大樂透了！」（高堂堯／南投報導）
