趙藤雄提抗告 高院最快今天裁定

桃園八德合宜住宅標案，遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄今天凌晨被台北地方法裁定羈押禁見，他不服處分，當庭提出抗告。台灣高等法院上午已分案，待律師補送抗告理由後，合議庭法官才能進行評議，最快今晚宣布裁定結果。

趙藤雄委任律師周燦雄今天凌晨庭訊後說，趙藤雄很訝異被羈押，這對公司會有很大的影響，從公益的角度來看，沒有羈押必要，因為這不僅對整個集團，可能會影響整個經濟。
