民進黨主席蔡英文今天南下高雄，先出席高雄農田水利會第四屆會長李清福就職典禮，中午趕到橋頭區余登發紀念館，悼唁余陳月瑛。蔡英文表示，余陳老縣長在高雄燃起民主香火，才奠定民進黨在高雄的執政基礎，對高雄民主功績不可抹滅。
