因為我很喜歡買排骨回家煮排骨湯，但朋友說排骨不適合大人吃，她說因為排骨在煮的過程會釋放磷，而磷對大人是不好的，但排骨湯卻對要轉骨的小孩很好，是這樣嗎？...
