郵局新大樓 出租當旅館 傳生變

中華郵政高雄郵局在六合二路新建大樓，原計畫出租供做旅館，最近總公司收回主導權，引起觀光業界質疑有內情。高雄郵局指「一切依法處理」；高雄市旅館公會理事長劉坤福表示，高雄的旅館已供過於求，平日住房率有限，想投入宜審慎。

高雄郵局新大樓近六合夜市，去年著手規畫，有意出租給民間業者經營，郵局賺租金。

觀光業界人士獲悉，曾多方打探，尋求租大樓開旅館的可行性，最近傳出中華郵政總公司要收回主導權，找專家、學者評選定奪，而非一般出租案常見的最高價決標。

觀光業界對大樓出租案突然變更主導權繪聲繪影，許多人質疑是不是有財團等特定人士想介入，高雄郵局強調，依法定程序辦理，沒有內定情事。

劉坤福指出，高雄市現有近400家旅館、飯店，還有20多家籌設中，加上非法日租屋，總房間數達2萬多間，已飽和。新旅館開設，競爭勢必更激烈，削價拚搏非業界之福。
