賣方是日本技師,已經回日本已經有下面證件 1.行車執照 2.強制險保險書 3.汽車燃料稅繳費單 4.雙方印鑑 5.買方身分證和雙證件,就是我本人 6.賣方有雙證件(健保卡和駕照),和註銷的居留證(因為已經回日本),但是有證明書證明原有效期限是到八月問題1. 因為賣方已經回日本,不會再回台灣是不是可以由我直接辦理過戶即可問題2. 賣方居留證已經註銷,現在只有證明書證明原期限到八月這些資料是否就可以由我本人辦理過戶問題3. 賣方是不是需要向台灣駐日本代表處申請過戶委託證明文件? 問題4. 車齡在10年內,辦過戶時,是否需要將車子開到監理所辦檢驗? 以上謝謝.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.223.254.210 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1401089063.A.DB0.html
