【時報記者江俞庭台北報導】財政部次長吳當傑今赴立院財委會，對於台股站上9千點，他表示，從外資持續匯入來看，台股已回歸基本面，此外，將房屋出租列為不動產相關所得查稅重點。

台股今走在9千點之上，吳當傑表示，不對指數做評論，不過從近期外資流入與交易狀況正常來看，顯示市場機制已回歸基本面。

5月底報稅結束後，財政部將針對包租公、包租婆進行查稅，吳當傑表示，出租的部分，將從持有戶數多的納稅義務人下手。
