64G SDXC格式化有無Unallocated有何差異?

如下圖:

第1個用HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool格式化64G為FTA32無Unallocated區域
第2個用EaseUS Partition Master 10.0再格式化64G為FAT32無Unallocated區域
無Unallocated時再用SDFormatter 4.0快速格式化exFAT時可完成,但實際上沒成功不能放檔案.

改用xp內定的快速格式化exFAT時可完成,也可讀寫.
第3個再用EaseUS Partition Master 10.0再格式化64G有Unallocated區域

問題:
1:為何無Unallocated區域時,EaseUS Partition Master比HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool可用容量多?
2:SDFormatter 4.0為何無法成功無Unallocated區域的exFAT?
3:SDXC有無Unallocated區域,電腦都能讀寫,請問有何差異?
