香格里拉對話 中日將再交鋒

中央社轉發路透報導，指亞洲一項重要的區域安全會議，可能成為中國大陸和日本兩強對陣的場合，日本方面將由鷹派首相安倍晉三出席，大陸也將一改由高級軍官與會模式，派出能言善道的外交官，以對抗東京傳達的較為強勢信息。

安倍晉三於二○一二年接任首相時，曾承諾提升日本軍隊的角色。他將於五月底在新加坡舉行的年度香格里拉對話（Shangri-La Dialogue）發表重要演說。

北京方面派出傅瑩與會，她曾任外交部副部長，現任全國人民代表大會外事委員會主任委員， 作風強悍，口才犀利，料將在會中力陳真正威脅區域安全的是日本，而非力量越來越強大的中國。熟悉中國外交政策的人士表示，傅瑩是和安倍交鋒的好人選。這位人士說：「傅瑩非常擅長向國際社會傳遞中國的立場」。
