股東會行情 本周引爆

時序邁入5月底，股東會密集登場，元大金、F-TPK、中租等57家上市櫃公司，本周將接續舉行；在資金行情發酵、公司派偏多心態下，股東會行情將引領台股飛躍9,022今年最高點。

統一投顧董事長黎方國表示，股東會的召開，除迫使融券回補外，也逼使經營階層直接面對小股東。由於股東會是經營者一年一度面對股東的重要時刻，公司派通常希望股價表現不會太差，以免因股價低落引來股東責難，所以公司派言論普遍偏多；在現階段多頭站回9,000點大關之際，股東會行情能否啟動，將是支撐大盤與個股走勢的關鍵。

觀察今年台股行情，近期國際股市忽漲忽跌，台股指數持續力守8,800點之上，並再度收復9,000點失土，顯見股東會行情已有提早發酵跡象。
