李嘉誠賣香港新樓盤 降幅16%

據彭博社報導，華人首富李嘉誠掌控的長江實業決定，在香港最新的住宅項目可為買家提供最高達16%折扣。由於香港政府的限制措施導致樓價成交量遇冷，長江實業、新鴻基地產等抓緊爭奪買家。

今年，香港各大房地產開發商都在加快樓盤的銷售速度。由於未來香港樓盤的供應量還將走高，房價遇到不小壓力，巴克萊銀行預計2016年房價至少跌30%。

本周四，長江實業表示，作為該公司近兩年在香港開發的最大的住宅項目，環宇海灣項目一期將出售1,717套總房源中的350套。環宇海灣是長江實業與南豐發展有限公司共同在香港荃灣開發的樓盤，根據長江實業提供的折扣，該樓盤折後價為每平方英尺港幣7,634元至港幣12,071元。
