屏東市單車庫建案?

小弟最近想在屏東市購屋
有比較密集在看透天
不過現在屏東市新推出的透天大多主打雙車庫,報價大概都1300起跳
其實我用不到雙車庫,所以也不想花那麼多錢,但是單車庫的新建案真的很少
我猜大概建商發現雙車庫賺比較大吧
目前只有看到領袖花鄉(還是花鄉領袖...忘了),但是位在超小巷弄內,很難會車,所以放棄
另一個是世紀國寶,不過位置有點偏遠,夜間安全還是有點顧慮
不知道有沒有其他單車庫建案的可以提供小弟參考?

另外請教莊敬街上的和平villa,聽說賣四五年了但還沒賣完
請問是有甚麼別問題嗎?
是因為風水關係嗎?還是環境不好?
