威力纖案 連惠心訊後請回

台北地檢署偵辦菁茵荋公司販售「威力纖Plus」含禁藥案，查出菁茵荋旗下產品幾乎都有禁藥成分，昨天三度傳喚大股東連惠心出庭，調查她對產品研發過程是否知情，訊問近5小時請回。

檢方同時傳喚菁茵荋董事長孔繁曦、總經理曾心怡，確認連惠心有無實際參與公司營運、決策，訊後請回；檢方前天也傳喚云丰生技負責人黃振康、副執行長林明融、研發部經理葉枚耕，對案情做最後確認後，全案可望於近日偵結。

曾心怡去年被約談時，供出連惠心才是菁茵荋實際出資者，股本超過三分之二，檢方依違反藥事法命連惠心250萬元交保。

菁茵荋販售的「威力纖」、「威力纖Plus」、「7Slim」三項產品，去年被驗出添加西藥「Cetilistat」成分，檢調另搜索查扣「美麗纖」等其他產品化驗，化驗報告顯示，相關產品也含有禁藥成分。

連惠心起初供稱，對於原料成分不知情，近年也很少管公司事務；她昨天是否更改說詞，檢方三緘其口。

連惠心昨天上午8時50分由律師及保鑣陪同進入北檢，庭訊到下午1時30分才結束。
