4月增萬筆實價揭露 開放查詢

（中央社記者唐佩君台北2014年5月16日電）內政部表示，4月份下期(4月16到30日)有1萬7000餘件不動產完成登錄揭露，自今天起開放查詢。

內政部「不動產交易實價查詢服務網」自今天上午8時起，開放查詢今年4月30日前已完成申報登錄案件資訊；本期新增揭露的案件共計有1萬7000餘件，累計可查詢成交案件資料已有70萬5000餘件。

根據統計，自民國101年10月16日開放民眾查詢交易案件登錄資訊至今，可供查詢成交案件資料累計有70萬5000餘件，網站訪客超過3350萬人次。

另配合行政院政府資料開放政策，自民國102年7月1日起在內政部「不動產交易實價查詢服務網」及「政府資料開放平臺」提供免費下載發布當期實價登錄資訊，累計至今年5月14日止，有12萬1000餘人次下載。

內政部表示，盼藉由不動產成交案件實際登錄資訊累積發布與對外提供查詢，促進不動產交易資訊透明化，減少不動產價格哄抬，健全房地產市場發展，逐步實現居住正義。
