國小教師擬裁減 北市議員要求暫緩

因應少子化趨勢，北市府近日研議，將大幅調降國小教師編制比。因這項決策，配合減班，將讓國小正式教師員額大幅裁減727人，擔心影響教育品質與教師工作權，議員李新昨出面要求暫緩。

市長郝龍斌承諾，下學年度國小教師編制比1.95不會調降，也不會主動解聘任何現職教師。

北市教師會總幹事黃志宏表示，郝龍斌曾承諾，要給學生妥適照顧，會維持一定教師編制比規模，如今決策卻反其道而行。

人事處主秘陳俊彥表示，依教育部規定，教師編制比每班級要有1.5個老師，北市規範人力相對寬鬆。若發生裁減員額，會讓教師留用制其他單位，「讓老師繼續當老師」。
