郝龍斌：基本工資 至少要22639元

轟勞動部漲工資跟不上物價

主張今年應開基本工資審委會

台北市長郝龍斌下午以國民黨副主席身分出席國民黨中常會，再度針對基本工資提出建言，同時砲轟勞動部固守消費者物價指數（CPI）年增率累計達3%以上才召開基本工資審議委員會，根本無法反映實際狀況，完全不合理。

郝龍斌說，過去十年來只有民國97年一次CPI年增率達到3%，其他年度都沒有，去年更只有0.79%，可見以CPI做為審議委員會開會的條件，跟基層勞工的感受已完全脫節。

此外，基本工資應該以跟民眾生活息息相關的食衣住行真實生活物價做為調升的基準，依行政院主計總處今年4月統計顯示，食物類物價漲幅逾5%，水果、雞肉、豬肉平均漲幅超過10%，遠遠超過3%，勞動部還在硬拗物價指數上漲幅度不到調整的標準，這是脫離民意的表現。

郝龍斌說，雖然勞動部宣稱今年7月1日基本工資將從1萬9047元漲到1萬9273元，但這個去年的決議根本趕不上今年的物價上漲幅度。

郝龍斌表示，他主張今年一定要召開基本工資審議委員會，並且將基本工資依據勞工實際生活需求調漲到至少2萬2639元或是時薪133元。只有調漲基本工資，才是真正照顧基層勞工，保障其生活所需。
