原住民法扶 新北市免費諮詢

新北市原住民族行政局與法律扶助基金會共同推動中央的原住民法律扶助專案，從本月12日起，每周一、三下午2時至5時，由法扶基金會將委派律師團隊進駐新北市政府原民局（市府大樓26樓），免費提供新北市原住民鄉親專業的法律諮詢服務與個案協助。

原民局長林倩綺表示，從撿拾漂流木成罪，到原住民保留地買賣的土地糾紛，再再顯示出原住民同胞所遭遇的法律案件有其高度的專業性、特殊性及法制面挑戰性。因應世界原住民族人權發展之潮流，實現原住民族司法權之平等。中央將規劃設置原住民族法院，並朝設立專股或專庭的方式，落實原住民族司法權的保障。

林倩綺說，法扶會雖於全台廣設分會據點，但對於散居都市各角落的原住民同胞仍有不便利性，該局作為一個直接與原住民鄉親接觸的「窗口」，有責任，也有義務要成為將整體外部資源帶給原住民同胞的媒介。
