轉送楊秋興著作 教育部否認

（中央社記者陳至中台北2014年5月14日電）民主進步黨籍立法委員邱議瑩今天質疑，教育部將行政院政務委員楊秋興的著作，轉送給高雄市各級學校，教育部長蔣偉寧說，「絕對沒有」。

蔣偉寧今天到立法院教育及文化委員會備詢，邱議瑩質詢時，質疑教育部違反行政中立，轉送楊秋興的著作給高雄市各級學校。她認為書中全是楊秋興競選高雄市長的政見，不適合送給學校。

蔣偉寧表示，教育部絕對沒有幫忙轉送楊秋興的書，但出版社如果要贈書給學校，教育部也會尊重，各校如果收到這一本書，可以自行決定要不要留下來。

邱議瑩質詢時，不斷質疑教育部違反行政中立，並說「送了楊秋興的書，為何不送林佳龍的書」？過程中一度拍桌、拉高分貝，並質疑蔣偉寧插話「沒禮貌」，蔣偉寧則說「發火不是好的方式」，雙方言詞交鋒相當激烈。

邱議瑩要求「清查」各級教育單位是否有幫忙轉送楊秋興的書，蔣偉寧強調，教育部絕對沒有轉送，但也願意去「瞭解」情況。
