後學運時代 李淳：政府快恢復民眾信心

後學運時代，國內興起反自由化聲浪。中華經濟研究院WTO中心副執行長李淳昨（7）日表示，政府要趕緊恢復民眾信心，讓外界理解，政府在跟隨國際自由化步伐時，也有能力解決世代落差、分配不正義等問題。

江揆昨天召開國際經貿策略小組會議，會中研析美國國會期中改選將在年底舉行，國會迄今未鬆口要批准快速授權法案，加上近期美國總統歐巴馬訪問亞洲四國，重點談話多圍繞在安全議題而非TPP，頗暗示TPP恐未如先期預期，可在年底前完成此輪談判。

李淳說，美國不可能讓一個談判進度接近九成的TPP告吹，否則會讓美國失去亞太經貿領導者地位，但也因為美國在推動TPP進度上遭遇國內的政治變數，讓其他國家不會一下子就亮出底牌。
