〔自由時報記者黃照敦／綜合報導〕去年世界大賽冠軍紅襪果然韌性十足，使得金鶯先發投手陳偉殷等待第三勝過程相當難熬，雖然前3局就取得6：0大幅領先，但紅襪一路追趕，最後才以7：6險勝。

陳偉殷投5局共用93球，被擊出4安，掉3分皆為責失分，投出3次保送，5K，最近3場先發都獲勝，目前戰績3勝1敗，尤其也中止對紅襪5連不勝的紀錄。

金鶯隊在九局下領先2分下派出終結者杭特，一出局被攻佔滿壘，拿波里敲出內野滾地球被封殺，但打進1分後，追到6：7，杭特冷靜拿到第三個出局數，驚險拿到救援成功，也避免連續兩場被紅襪逆轉的悲劇發生，兩隊在這次系列戰各2勝2敗，平分秋色。

美國時間昨天是4月第3個星期一，波士頓所在的麻薩諸塞州適逢「愛國者日」（Patriots’ Day），清晨除舉行第118屆波士頓馬拉松外，紅襪也依據1968年起的傳統，將愛國者日的開賽時間安排在早上11點，也成為昨天大聯盟21日最早開戰的比賽。

吃完早餐就上工

有些紅襪和金鶯球員第三戰打完後，乾脆留在球場過夜，起床後簡單吃完早餐就上工，紅襪全隊身穿胸前繡著「BOSTON」（原為RED SOX）的特別款主場白色球衣出賽，為紀念去年的波士頓馬拉松爆炸案。

至於系列第三戰金鶯也是一度取得5：0遙遙領先，不過9局下紅襪隊率先上場的佩卓亞靠著暴傳上三壘後，卡普擊出左外野飛球左外野手拉克竟大暴傳，連在本壘後方補位的投手歐戴也接不到球，佩卓亞跑回本壘，以6：5逆轉比賽。
