大陸人民銀行17日於公開市場進行28天期、950億元(人民幣,下同)正回購操作，得標利率持平於4%。依此計算，人行本週公開市場將實現淨回收410億元。

人行上週淨投放550億元，為春節後首次實現淨投放。

4月17日上海銀行間同業拆放利率(Shibor)維持多數走低，其中，隔夜利率報2.181%，下跌11.7個基點；7天期報2.721%，下跌0.5個基點；14天期報2.764%，下跌23.9個基點；1個月期報4.06%，下跌2.5個基點。
