憑呷七碗單據 再獲一倍賠償

　　買到「呷七碗」問題炒米粉的消費者趕快找出發票，製造商承諾即日起接受消費者退款及賠償。生產「呷七碗」的嘉義食品公司，日前被新北市衛生局查獲所販售的炒米粉使用逾期原料，在製作炒米粉過程中會添加的食品添加物「伊百克」，保存期限只到2014年3月20日，但公司在3月21日至29日期間繼續違規使用，共有3,035公斤的問題炒米粉流入全聯福利中心及傳統市場。

　　為了確保消費者權益，新北市消保官於今(16)日與嘉義食品公司，洽談消費者退貨及賠償事宜。在消保官協調及堅持下，業者同意從寬處理相關退貨退費糾紛，也願意提出適度的賠償方案及補償方式，來挽回消費者信心。

　　新北市消保官許宏仁表示，消費者可持3月21日至4月8日間購買發票或憑證，到原購買店家辦理退款，也可直接到嘉義食品公司辦理退費。不過問題炒米粉可能早就被消費者吃下肚，為了賠償消費者，業者也承諾，除了退款機制外，同意退款後的消費者，可再傳真、郵寄或親持相關單據到公司，以取得等值的賠償金額，也就是退款後，還可再獲得一倍的賠償。

　　至於，對一般消費大眾的補償方案也將進一步研議後公告周知，消保官對於業者願意提供其他補償方式來挽回消費者信心，表示樂觀其成。
