任用郭冠英 銓敘部長：社會觀感不好

5年前因辱台言論被免職的前新聞局官員郭冠英，今年3月重新回省政府任職外事秘書，下周就滿65歲，7月屆退，退休後預估可領月退8萬元，引起社會譁然。

銓敘部表示，郭冠英若不回任公職，就沒辦法再領退休金，現在重回公職雖然於法有據，但是機關首長任用當時時應考慮社會觀感，不應貿然任用。
