涉舞弊判3年 前台南市長張燦鍙28日執行

台南前市長張燦鍙、市議會前議長黃郁文涉及道路徵收弊案，分別被判刑3年、4年確定，台南地檢署已通知兩人28日到案執行，其中張燦鍙由士林地檢代執行。

雖然張燦鍙批判決離譜，表示將提起非常上訴，但台南地檢署主任襄閱檢察官蔡麗宜表示，是否提非常上訴並不會影響原訂入獄執行時間。檢方已通知兩人到案執行，張的戶籍地在淡水，委由士林地檢代執行。另黃尚未聯絡上，已請家屬轉告。此案另有議會公關室前主任尤泰盛及6名公務員被判刑，檢方將陸續通知到案執行。
