學運24天　北市增1820件刑案

台北市警局局長黃昇勇今日親上火線，承認411驅離命令是由他下達，跟方仰寧分局長無關；另外，他也指出至318學運發生以來，台北市刑案件數比同期多出1820件，因此希望能盡快讓警力恢復正常配置，維持北市治安。
 
黃昇勇今日赴中正一分局發言力挺方仰寧，除了強調411凌晨是他下令方進行驅離外，也表示這個決定絕對合乎正當性與合法性。
 
另外，黃昇勇在發表聲明的同時，也指出自從318學運發生以來，台北市內包含搶奪、竊盜、毒品等刑事案件比平常多出1820件，因此希望北市警力能盡快恢復正常配置，專注在治安、交通等本業上，維護北市安寧。（孔德廉／台北報導）
