監督條例 國台辦：反對「台獨」入法

國台辦發言人范麗青上午在例行記者會上指出，「台獨」勢力借兩岸協定監督之名，企圖將「兩國論」和「一邊一國」的「台獨」主張塞入法條，達到其破壞兩岸協商和兩岸關係和平發展的目的。她重申，大陸反對「台獨」的立場是堅定不移的。兩岸同胞都不會允許「台獨」勢力以任何方式開歷史倒車，將兩岸關係拉回到緊張動盪的老路上去，損害兩岸同胞的利益。

對於陸委會主委王郁琦表示，可先通過服貿協議，再循協議中第8條的緊急磋商機制，再進行磋商，范麗青則說，兩岸協商中沒有已簽協定重新談判的先例，兩會授權協商所達成協議的權威性應得到維護。
