下班後與主管酒攤 新員工：是義務

日本最近有項調查指出，超過６成的社會新鮮人覺得和上司喝酒是「工作的延續」，指導新進員工的主管卻覺得「屬下自己喜歡，所以來參加『酒攤』。」認知差異極大。

這項調查對象是１８９名社會新鮮人與工作５年以上的１９７名主管，各自問他們「如何回應上司的喝酒約？」「你覺得為什麼部下要接受你的邀約？」委託調查的造酒公司指出，從結果來看「社會新鮮人覺得『酒攤』是義務。」
