基隆市長張通榮關說案　0513二審宣判

曾自罵「混蛋市長」的基隆市長張通榮，前年幫酒駕還打傷警察的廖姓女子關說，張在警局拍桌大罵承辦警員：「我市長就針對你！我就是這麼記恨。」張去年被依教唆公務員縱放罪判刑1年8月，但若繳交200萬元公益金並服200小時勞務，可緩刑5年；廖女則因對執勤公務員施暴，被判刑6月得易科罰金18萬元。台灣高等法院二審今上午辯論終結，張仍不認罪但請求輕判，還說當時在警局說的都是「氣話」。廖女也出庭，由律師表示她有精神症狀，當時手不小心碰到警察，希望法官輕判。此案將於5月13日宣判。
 
此案發生在前年九月十四日晚間，婦人廖美秀酒駕拒攔檢還打傷女警，張通榮趕到基隆安樂派出所質疑警員執法過當，還嗆警察：「你就移送法辦，那以後我跟你們警察單位，我就公事公辦！你們就試試看！你就請調！不要在基隆！」後來廖婦果真獲釋。(丁牧群／台北報導)
