陳姓男子今天向本報投訴，高雄市鳳山區青年二路和文濱路交叉口，2、3個月前才有施工工程進行，現在又看到該路段在施工，質疑浪費公帑，也不解同一條路需在三個月內開挖兩次？且施工期過長造成附近交通不便、空氣品質差還有噪音問題。

市府工務局主祕吳大川表示，該路段施工是水利局合法申請的路段，兩、三個月前的工程和現在的是同一個下水道工程。市府水利局主祕蔡淑貞表示，越熱鬧的地區管線問題越多，該地區正在進行文濱雨水下水道工程，因工程涉及自來水管、台電管線及油管等，跨部會遷移管線，較需協調；工程需待遷管才能繼續做，因此花較多時間。
