梧桐環境整合基金會今天上午在高鐵新竹站贈送小樹苗，讓過往旅客帶回家種植，共送出百株樹苗。

梧桐環境整合基金會贈送的小樹苗，是台灣原生榔榆，裝置在天然竹筒內，並附上照顧小叮嚀，民眾可暫時將竹筒樹苗當做桌上盆栽，也可種植土地上，觀察小樹成長過程。

涉嫌寄麵包蟲恐嚇信給藝人蕭敬勝的賴姓男子，去年12月也曾對彰化縣警察局長等人發出多封恐嚇信，警方根據郵票上DNA查出男子身分。

警方查出，家住彰化的賴姓男子有性侵前科，但已很久沒和家人聯絡，居無定所，行蹤不好掌握。

賴姓男子從去年12月開始寄出多封內有活體麵包蟲、冥紙和白包的恐嚇信，收件者則署名給彰化縣警察局局長官政哲、縣警局督察長以及北斗分局長、和美分局長等多名高階警官。

彰縣警局起初接到恐嚇信時，認為信上沒寫恐嚇字句，也沒說明訴求，不以為意，後來賴姓男子不斷寄出恐嚇信給縣警局長等人，縣警局才開始偵辦，並發現恐嚇信內容開始指出，不滿警方為追求績效，刻意取締網拍。

賴姓男子疑因先前寄出的恐嚇信未獲回應，不斷擴大寄信範圍，連彰化縣內的量販店業者、肉圓以及蚵嗲業者、彰化基督教醫院也都收到恐嚇信，當時警方被媒體問及恐嚇信案件，僅提及民間業者收到恐嚇信，對縣警局在去年就收到恐嚇信避而不談。

警方查出，賴姓男子一共在彰化縣內寄出17封恐嚇信給縣警局長等人，他們從信封上的郵票找到賴姓男子的DNA，找出家住彰化的一名有性侵前科的賴姓通緝犯涉有重嫌，前往賴嫌住處查訪，但賴嫌親友表示賴男很久沒回家，也沒聯絡，居無定所。

宏達電（2498）昨（11）日在多重利多下，大漲4.27%，相關連結的認購權證表現大有斬獲。在權證成交金額前十大中，占了最多的四席，在權證漲幅前十大中，更包辦九名。

宏達電Desire 816中低階新機採用聯發科低成本方案，目前在大陸網購市場預購，情況出乎預期的好。新品策略受外資看好，再加上競爭者之一南韓三星的PCB供應商廠房發生大火，分析師認為可能衝擊三星S5出貨，有利於宏達電兩款新機的上市。

宏達電原本就是相當熱門的權證，昨天的強勢表現，使相關連結的權證成為認購權證三大標的之一，顯示市場交易熱絡，多檔權證張數高達2,000張以上，如國泰21（072921），成交張數達2,460張，另外，也可參考7C永豐（072912），目前約在價內9%位置。

依據外資最新研究報告指出，宏達電第2季起在旗艦機M8與Desire 816雙產品線護航下，營運動能可望加溫，已將評等由賣出調升到「中立」，在外資看法改變下，宏達電股價強勁上攻。

宏達電2月營收表現不如預期，相較去年同期衰退36%，但符合公司原先預估數字，法人表示，在去庫存進入尾聲，以及新機貢獻下，後續營運可望快速回溫，外資認為，雖然宏達電3月營收須月增140%以上，首季財測才有可能達陣，但若中低階手機能繳出亮眼成績單的話，仍很有機會挑戰成功。

目前宏達電已在中國推出新的中階手機HTC Desire 816，從7日開始預購，預計18日發貨，價格壓在台幣約8,900元左右，一改宏達電過往訂價過高的問題，市場普遍看好其銷售策略。

另外，看好宏達電可望重新開啟波段行情的投資人，也可以距到期天數較長的認購權證，進行波段操作。權證發行券商指出，像是國泰31（073753）、5V群益（070839）等，離到期天數都在三個月以上。

它總是顯示....似乎有測到我的IP不在美國,而不讓我收聽!
請問有軟體可以讓他無法偵側,或是騙它在美國,而可以internet收聽嗎?
